Review Follow Up - Basic
"Follow up to my last review. The magazine pouch itself is decent quality. However, there is a design flaw. The top couple inches of the pouch isn't secured to anything, so it always leans/sags forward on whatever it is attached to. Most other mag pouches go through 3 rows of molle. This only goes through two. A full size, fully loaded mag inside the pouch will put some extra strain on whatever the pouch is attached to. The strain makes the molle (or in my case the front of the patrol bag) start to sag and weakens the stitching on the molle. Securing to that 3rd row of molle really makes a difference in distributing the weight. Also, the flaps can be tucked in to run open top, but the retention is loose."
