All orders contiguous US below $5,000 (we do not ship to PO Boxes)

• UPS SurePost - FREE on orders $75+ (can take up to 7-10 business days to deliver)
• UPS SurePost - $8.95 on orders less than $75 (can take up to 7-10 business days to deliver)
• UPS Ground - shipping fee determined at checkout (can take up to 4-5 business days to deliver)
• UPS 2 Day - shipping fee determined at checkout
• UPS Standard Overnight - shipping fee determined at checkout

Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO below $5,000

• USPS Priority Mail - $8.95

Propper offers shipping to Canada and Mexico through the following providers at these flat rates:

• Canada: UPS $29.95
• Mexico: USPS Priority International $42.95

Please Note: Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties, taxes, and any customs clearance related charges imposed by the importing country's government. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

UPS

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt our UPS services. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods.

Refusal to accept the order will result in either a partial or no refund as Propper will have to pay for shipping and fees back to its warehouse.
