Returns / Exchanges

Thank you for your order! Propper stands behind its customers and products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your Propper.com purchase, you may return an eligible item* hassle-free with proof of purchase within 30 days of product receipt. New, unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned free** within 30 days of product receipt.

Product Returns:

  1. Please print and fill out Customer Return Form HERE

  2. Email customerservice@propper.com for your free return shipping label. (Free returns within contiguous U.S. only.) You will need to include:

    • Order number
    • Items and quantity to be returned
    • Reason for return
    *Please allow 24-48 hours for a response
  3. Attach the label to the outside of your package and include the form with your return. Drop off at a UPS location.

*All Closeout items and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. All customized items such as product that has been hemmed, embroidered, screen printed, or otherwise embellished are Final Sale unless defective. Products purchased from retailers other than propper.com are ineligible for returns to Propper.
**Free returns available within contiguous U.S. only.

 

Once we receive and process your qualifying return, Propper will credit your original payment method (less shipping and handling fees) and notify you via email. Please allow 15 business days from receipt of returned items for refunds to post.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Looking to exchange an item?

  1. Return your original item. Once we receive and process your return, a credit will be issued.
  2. Place a new order at your earliest convenience. We will ship your new order as quickly as possible to reduce wait times.
