"I bought 2 sizes of the Women's Tactical Canvas. I have been wearing 511 brand, and a new job requires this brand and specific pant. I didn't know my sizing in this brand of pant so I bought 2 sizes because the Propper website states free shipping for exchange or returns. This is common for most online big brand companies, also right now during pandemic times when everyone is buying online- so I didn't think twice. When I contacted Propper for exchange to send back one of the pants for a smaller size the customer service was rude, enough via email exchanges that I will never buy from this company directly again. There is no free shipping for exchanges, I paid $16 in shipping costs to send the pants back. I ended up buying the other pair on the Galls website because I know they are at least consistent and professional. I would recommend buying from another site like Galls or Quartermaster to anyone reading this."

Great Tatical Pants!

"I have three versions of these pants; two in canvas and one lighter version for summer. I love them. I've used them at an LE academy, working in the field during the summer, and for EMS. The pants are "True to Size" but while I normally am a size 2, I wear a 4 because a size 2 is too restrictive in terms of the stiff material used. I did notice that between my green canvas pants I bought a year ago and these canvas pants in navy, the pockets on the legs are smaller for some reason. While my green canvas pants held my phone very well, these navy ones are smaller. My phone still fits but right up to the opening. That is the only downside to these pants."
