"I received the rifle case and was impressed with it's quality. I was not impressed with Propper's customer service though. I also bought 2 other bags of a different type in the coyote color. I did not however receive the coyote colored bags but received 2 of the green bags. I've tried numerous times to contact Propper by phone with negative results. All I want to do is exchange the bags for the right colored ones. Propper's customer service sucks."

"I’ve had min for a year and it’s holding up well. It still looks new. Very rugged and durable and well thought out. Holds my 16” barreled Ar15 perfectly without any extra, unnecessary length. Well protected by the padding. I really like the way the sling holds the case horizontally under my shoulders instead of across my back. The pockets are strong and handy as is the molly system. Great bag at a great price."
