"First of all...thanks to your excellent customer service folks who helped me out with getting my bag delivered after I had mistakenly entered an incorrect mailing address. Had I received a shipping notification with the tracking number, I might have saved us both a bit of trouble. I like the bag in general, though your pictures are a bit deceiving, showing both a flashlight holster and three pistol magazine holders. Not sure that I expected to receive those, but someone may. The bag also needs carry handles...nobody uses a shoulder strap in 2020. My biggest gripe, however, is with your shipping. Why on earth would you fold this bag and stuff it into a tiny vinyl envelope well too small for it's dimensions? This resulted in a permanent crease located several inches from one end of the bag, and several creases in one of the integral magazine holders and flap. Either use a large vinyl envelope or a properly sized box for goodness sakes. Thanks..."
