"I bought these boots because they were nice looking and comfortable. Always kept them shined. Now after 20 months of wear, the normal creases on both side of the both boot are cracking. Very disappointed!"

"I bought these a month ago because they felt light weight and had a good look... after wearing them for work, walking and running in them daily, they are painful and uncomfortable. The boot itself seems to be putting up with the abuse but my feet and joints can't put up with the boots. I'll be going back to my old boots."

"*** UPDATE TO REVIEW 10 DAYS AGO *** After shining my boots and seeing the creases cracking on both boots. I was very upset and posted a not so good review. Within the last 10 days, Jennifer from Propper contacted me. Long story short, my boots were replaced at no change! WOW!!! After being in retail for 30+ years, I can say with experience, this was GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This shows that Propper cares about their customers and stands behind their products. Thank you PROPPER!!!! A satisfied customer!!"
