"Purchase Medium Regular, they fit perfect. I'm 200 LBS and 5'10. I have very similar versions issued to me by my State Police Agency. My State issued vendor BDU pants had buttons, which made it very difficult to use the bathroom. The Propper zip fly solved that issue. I would highly recommend."
