"This is a very comfortable polo that is light, very breathable and doesn't seem to wrinkle! Living in the desert where temps get "stupid hot", I needed something that would stand up to the challenge of keeping both myself and my crews comfortable, and this is definitely one of the best for helping to avoid/release that heat quickly. Pen slots/plackets are appreciated as well. Fit is true to size. For all of us ladies that hate tucking in a men's shirt (that goes to our knees), it's very nice to have women's shirts in this style available that are cut shorter. It washes well and doesn't need to be taken out of the dryer *immediately* to avoid wrinkling. (If it does wrinkle, throwing it in the dryer with a damp washcloth for a few minutes straightens it right out.) I had to order both men's and women's for my crew, and both genders agree with fit and style. Overall, I'm pleased with it, and feel that the shirt is a good value for the money. **The one "con" is that these seem to go on backorder a lot, so if you need them, allow for potential delays.**"
