"These were given as a gift & after a very brief stint wearing them, I developed a nasty reaction to them. Contacted customer service for a materials listing, which they provided however they excluded the chemicals used on the leather uppers for preservation/transportation into the United States from China. Long story short, they refused to accept a return. So now I have a pair of boots I cannot wear and no credit given for them."

"I bought a pair of these a few weeks ago and the boots were comfortable right out of the box. I am a fan of the rugged tread and the speed lace system as well as being able to polish the boot. The zipper on the side of the boot is very durable so I don't think I will have to worry about it breaking and it makes them easy to get on and off."

"Very professional looking boots. This is my first pair of side zipper boots. The side with the zipper has this tri-fold that I had to cut out because it was digging into my ankle and made walking very uncomfortable. After cutting out this small section of fabric out they feel just fine. Cutting the fabric out hasn't affected the integrity of the boots."
