"inconsistent quality- i have 2 backpacks, one seems ok, the other broke the main zipper right away"

"I bought this maybe two years ago. Very gentle use, in and out of an office job daily. The bag looks brand new, except for the zipper to the main compartment that became un-stitched and has rendered the pack useless. Very disappointing. I have spent half as much on other packs that lasted longer under far worse conditions."

"I like how this bag is kind of sleek and compact compared to the other tactical bags like SOG or something that is just big and bulky with straps hanging from everywhere. This has almost never snagged on anything for me. I like how it keeps its shape and is almost free standing. It has worked great, even with heavy loads, except one day I had a very light load of a parka, shooting gloves and a small 50 page text book, overall load maybe 5lbs and the strap stitching came apart right where the buckle meets the foam padding. It wasn’t until then I took a closer look at the stitching and it just seems like they cut some corners to save some money there. Other than that it works good."

"After minimal use and <1year the strap on the backpack broke. Not well made. Does this company have a warranty? If they were well made they would definitely last more then one year. Going back to LL Bean now..."

"I have gone through 3 of these bags in the past 4 years. For my first bag the stitching on the bag strap came undone so I had to get a new one if I wanted to carry it on my back. Then on the 2nd and 3rd bags the stitching came undone around the main zipper. I thought maybe I was putting too much weight in the bag, so I weighed my bag after the I got the third bag and I only was keeping 21.2 pounds of gear in it."

"The fit, finish, and features make this an incredible value for the price that I paid. When I actually received it, it turned out to be a good bit larger than I expected or needed for a daily carry bag so I returned it for something smaller. I could have easily packed for a week-long trip using this bag.Great bag for travel !"
