"Except for the fact that the hat is oversized and I have to wear a gaiter under it, it is a great hat. I'm a land surveyor and spend a great deal of time in the woods. Having been in some areas covered in green briars and stick thorns I can say the Propper Boonie Hat with Rip Stop material was the only item of clothing not getting snag by briars. Love it, love the Tiger Stripe as well."

"I have owned one of these hats for about 11-12 years. It has been to the beach, lake, swimming pools, kayaking on the river, yard work and everything in between. It made it’s last beach trip just a few weeks ago. Thank you Propper for the awesome gear. I own their shirts, pants, and hats!! Time to happily buy another!!"
