Propper’s Retailer Connection offers many convenient ways to order:
1. Navigate to each product page and add select products one at a time2. Use the matrix field on each product page to add multiple sizes and colors at a time3. Enter SKU’s one at a time in the ’My account’ section4. Upload a .csv file in the ’My account’ section
CSV ordering can be the quickest way to place large orders without having to navigate to each product page. Follow along below for a walk through on how to use CSV ordering. A few helpful tips are listed at the bottom of the page as well. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to contact customer service at 866.433.9690 for help.
1. Navigate to ‘My Account’2. Select ‘Quick Order’ from the top navigation menu
3. Click ‘Download Template’ for the correct CSV file format4. Update the CSV file on your computer with SKUs and corresponding quantities
5. When you are ready to upload, click ‘Choose File’6. Navigate to your updated CSV on your computer and open it
7. Click ‘Add to Cart’
You have completed the CSV upload! Review your order to confirm all products and quantities are correct. You can now modify your shopping cart if necessary, and place your order. At this point you will also be able to see pricing and on-hand inventory of each of the products in your cart. To see more great features of our site click here.

- If you see the error "SKU not found" - check the listed SKU in your file and ensure it is a valid Propper part number - If you need a complete list of product SKU’s, visit Propper’s Media Gallery and download the ’Complete Product Information Sheet’ - If you see the error "File is corrupt" - check to make sure your file is saved as a .csv type - not .xls or .xlsx (Mac users may need to save as a "Windows .csv’) - If you see the error "File is corrupt" - check to make sure your column headings are labeled appropriately. Only headings ’sku’ and ’qty’ are acceptable. - You may use a .csv file that contains more columns than ’sku’ and ’qty’ if you would like, just make sure those two columns are labeled appropriately and completely filled out.
